Invite Users

The ‘Users’ tab allows admins to invite team members and manage their permissions.

Three key user roles are available, each with unique access levels:

• Admin - Has full control over the knowledge
• Contributor - Has access to modify the context Lumi uses when formulating responses
• Viewer - Has access to ask questions only
